Ok I finally got exactly what I want to say here it is:
St. George is the patron saint of England. His emblem, a red cross on a white background, is the flag of England, and part of the British flag. St George's emblem was adopted by Richard The Lion Heart and brought to England in the 12th century. The king's soldiers wore it on their battle gear the pervent getting confused with the wrong soldiers.

St. George's Day is celebrated in many countries. For expample, Albania, England, and Kosovo. One of this holiday's purposes is to believe in god. There are 2 dates in which this holiday is celebrated. On may 6th, and May 23rd. Why is called St. George's Day? Because of St. George of course. Saint George is believed ot have been a roman soldier. Legen says he killed a dragon. There are many things that represent him, including a flag with a red cross on a white background.

St.Georges day is a day celebrated by some nations, kingdoms, and countries on April 23rd! The Legend says that the people of Silene used to feed a dragon a sheep everyday but if the dragon didn't like the sheep then they had to give a child to the dragon to eat and the children were chosen by lottery! One day , the lot came on the king's daughter. The king told the people that he would give them gold and silver and many other things if they don't have to give his daughter to the dragon. But they refused. The daughter was sent to the lake , she was really frightened . St. Georges was wondering around one day and he saw the princess and they started talking. The dragon came to see them. St. George defended himself with his Sign of the Cross. At the End he killed the dragon and they returned home. The people of Silene all became Christians ,as well as the king, and St. Georges brought the dragon with him and was put on 4 ox-carts. On The place where the dragon died, they built a church. The sword that St. Georges used to kill the dragon was called Ascalon. This is the legend of St.Georges.
    The End

    Early Life!
Saint George was Born into a very strong Chrsitian family and kept the beliefs with him all his life. Saint George was born in A.D 270 (A.D means after Christ had died xD) he was born in what is now called Eastern Turkey but back then it was called Cappadocia.

    The Army!
Saint George joined the army in 283 at the age of 17 he was ruled by a pagan emperor called emperor Diocletian but never forgot his Christian beliefs he was a brave Warrior

    Death

emperor Diocletian started Killing Christians and Saint George didnt agree being a christian himself but his plee for Emperor Diocletian to stop was comeplety ignored and as punishmunt Saint George was tortured then Beheaded in lydda on April the 23rd in the year 303

How did George become a saint

He became a saint by being brave in battle and satnding up to what he believed was right he was made a saint a lot later though in 1222 by the Council of Oxford and Saint George replaced Edward the Confessor as Saint of England!
