i think one on bottom is academy and one on top is cafe street
not to give a hint or stuff but guys pls try none of the answers are correct not even 1 location cmon its not that hard!

one is academy the other is make own house shop
The first one is at the Space Quay, just beside the Garbage collecter's competition board
The second one is inside of the Mission Agency, on the floor (The tick-like thing at the end of the 'm')
